SAUTI: Turning Lifestyle Experiences into Impact

The Challenge

Sauti was supporting vulnerable children but lacked a compelling platform to engage the public and mobilise meaningful support. The cause was important — but the engagement model was missing.

What We Did

Reimagined fundraising through premium lifestyle experiences — a Golf Tournament with 2× World Long Drive Champion Alexis Belton, in partnership with the PGA, attracting networks with access, influence, and resources.

The Outcome

250+ golfers. KSh 3.5M raised. Beyond the financials, the experience gave Mathare children direct exposure to new environments, world-class sport, and a broader view of what’s possible for them.

Bamba Studios: Strategic Client Acquisition & Impact Growth

The Challenge

Bamba Studio needed strategic partnerships that generated revenue — not just visibility. High-value, purpose-aligned projects aligned with their strengths in documentary production and live event coverage.

What We Did

Positioned Bamba as a storytelling partner for impact organisations. Secured COVAW for the Sauti Yetu documentary, BimaLab for conference production, and Shamiri for high-level event livestreaming.

The Outcome

Expanded portfolio across documentary storytelling and live conference production. Stronger revenue streams, enhanced brand credibility, and a deepened footprint in the impact and development ecosystem.

Association Growth & Member Engagement

KIPRA: Building a Profession.

The Challenge

KIPRA needed to grow its membership base, strengthen professional credibility, and create structured engagement platforms that would position the association as the definitive body for real estate practitioners in Kenya.

What We Did

Drove a full membership growth strategy, orchestrated 16 association events, facilitated onboarding and training pipelines leading to Real Estate Board certification, managed key publications, and executed stakeholder communication campaigns end-to-end.

The Outcome

Membership tripled from 2,000 to 6,000 active members. Over 2,000 members trained and certified with the Real Estate Board. 16 events successfully delivered, engaging 2,000+ members and meaningfully deepening the association’s reach and authority.
